 30+ years experience in boxing and competitive sports as both an athlete and coach.  Andres is a certified USA Boxing Coach with a long history of working within the community.  He served as the strength and conditioning football coach at Coral Gables Senior High in Dade County FL for 7+ years, was a coach with PAL (Police Athletic League) and The Extreme League as well as other youth sports organizations.  As a personal trainer, Andres has clients of all ages and abilities.  Bilingual English and Spanish
